I am Laura Hoekstra and a graduate student of the 'Bioinformatics and Systems Biology' MSc program. After working at the NKI and the HvA in research I am now working as a teacher in Bioinformatics. I have been a dance teacher for more than fifteen years and now I am also a teacher in Bioinformatics. I am involved in teaching BCs students in the minor 'Bioinformatics and Systems Biology' and in the eponymous master program.
Pathway/network analysis methods, benchmarking bioinformatics methods, DNA modifications
As a teacher as well as course coordinator I am involved in the following BSc courses: 'Research Question in Bioinformatics' and 'Principles of Bioinformatics' as well as the MSc course 'Structural Bioinformatics.
