Embrace the mess our world is
network inference; systems biology; causality; cancer; single-cell; transcriptomics; functional omics analysis

Natively Russian, I lived and worked in the Netherlands for a while. I obtained my bachelor degree in computer science in Russia and then I got masters in Bioinformatics/Systems biology in Amsterdam. I stayed with the group to teach courses related to computer science. I moved to Germany in 2019 for my PhD in Heidelberg university. I visit the group regularly for scientific and social activities.

At the moment I do my PhD in Saez-Rodriguez group in Heidelberg university (Germany). I work on network inference methods for personalised medical care. We combine prior knowledge information with omics data (transcriptomics, proteomics) to acquire potential explanation for drug perturbations.
